Acceptance

By accessing apigrid-lab.digital or enrolling in Apigrid Lab programs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

Educational purpose

Content is informational and educational. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. See also our Not Financial Advice page and Privacy Policy.

Accounts and enrollment

When you request enrollment, you must provide accurate contact information. We may refuse or cancel access if information is false or if materials are misused.

Intellectual property

Course worksheets, checklists, videos, and site copy are owned by Apigrid Lab or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal team learning. You may not resell, publicly republish, or reverse engineer materials without written consent.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to distribute malware, scrape at abusive volumes, harass staff or learners, or attempt to disrupt services. You may not upload private key material, seed phrases, or passwords to our forms or community channels.

Payments and refunds

Prices shown on the site are informational. Payment processing, if any, occurs through separate arrangements. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

Materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that following educational guidance will prevent loss, theft, or operational failure. You remain responsible for your own custody decisions and professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apigrid Lab and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of digital assets, data, or profits arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid to us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Apigrid Lab against claims arising from your misuse of materials, your custody decisions, or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
