Data we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, optional topic, message)
- Enrollment and billing details when you purchase a program through our separate payment channels
- Technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) needed to operate and secure the site
- Cookie preferences and, if accepted, limited analytics events — see Cookie Policy
Do not send seed phrases, private keys, or passwords through our forms.
Purposes
We process data to respond to inquiries, deliver courses, improve materials, meet legal obligations, and protect the site against abuse.
Legal bases
Depending on context and applicable law, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating an education business, consent for non-essential cookies, and legal obligations.
Retention
Contact messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an ongoing matter. Enrollment records are retained for up to 7 years for accounting and dispute resolution. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained in aggregate form for up to 14 months.

We use service providers for email, hosting, and (if you consent) analytics. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to an education website. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
Children
Services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
