Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid Apigrid Lab programs such as Checklist Kit, Vault Cohort, and Team Drill Day when purchased through our enrollment process. The website itself does not process checkout.

Eligibility and timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than Module 1 materials and have not attended a live rehearsal. Requests after 7 days are evaluated for partial refunds only as described below.

Full refund conditions

• Request sent to support@apigrid-lab.digital within 7 days of payment confirmation
• Less than or equal to Module 1 accessed
• No live session attendance recorded

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after Module 1 but before the midpoint of a cohort, we may refund 50% of tuition minus any non-refundable facilitator costs already incurred. After the midpoint, tuition is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Non-refundable items

• Completed Team Drill Day facilitation fees after the session begins
• Third-party processing fees that cannot be recovered
• Downloadable Checklist Kit files after download delivery is confirmed, unless the file is defective and we cannot replace it

Refund process

Email support@apigrid-lab.digital with your full name, purchase date, program name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank timing may vary by provider.

Cancellation by Apigrid Lab

If we cancel a cohort or Drill Day, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law (or other applicable law) take precedence over this policy. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive.
